Hey - can't remember if I said thanks for sending this menu. I have used them for a lunch, booked them for two more and am picking up an afternoon "snack" for my 3:00 appt. today. These are some of the comments that have come to me today from friends who were at our dinner last night. Martha, I don't know where to begin. Last night truly was amazing! These two young men, Jason & Joel, created an evening beyond anything I could have imagined. They are both gracious, incredibly talented and knowledgeable, hardworking, CLEAN, fun, amazing chefs, great teachers, servants, and more. They even had the ability to make all that they accomplished look easy... and I know it wasn't! Words cannot describe our food last night, but here goes my attempt at it... stupendous, delectable, new delights in every bite, exploration of new flavors, exquisite presentation, gracious service, all in all, one of the best meals I've ever had in my life! And I think the guests felt the same way. The women felt as if I had "lavished" them with such a wonderful evening. I found myself almost apologizing for how nice it was saying things like... "Hey, I had no idea this would be like this." I didn't want to take any of the credit because it was all because of Simply the Best and those talented young men.
